The Emergency Assistance Fund helps the children and their families seek immediate medical help

 The families of the underprivileged and disabled children living in the rural mountainous area can rarely afford to pay for the children's emergency medical expenses. Failure to receive timely acute care can lead to dire consequences when a child gets sick or an accident occurs. A very treatable injury can become life-threatening if left unattended.

Silver Lining sets up the Emergency Assistance Fund program to help the children and their families with medical relief funds to seek immediate medical help for the children.
